The Origin of the 3.5 Day Cleanse

After facilitating over 10,000 cleanses, we found the sweet spot for stellar results: 3.5 days.


Surprisingly, what has been most enlightening for me is what I’ve learned from my family and friends who have cleansed.


As their guide I wanted to ensure their success, and my commitment would involve daily check-ins throughout their cleanse journey for motivation and accountability.


But occasionally I’d inadvertently miss reaching out, and those were always the days they succumbed to temptation, compromising the integrity of the cleanse.

It was disheartening for everyone involved.


So we learned and took action, and now we send daily videos via text to our cleanse clients to keep them motivated and on track.

The Final Realization

The most valuable lesson came from an almost unanimous question once cleansers would reach the final day:


"I feel amazing, but now what?? What should I eat?! I don’t want to blow my progress!"


My best answer was always to start the next morning with more of the same: juice, tea, maybe a smoothie- then plan a nourishing dinner. The problem was that most people didn’t have those things on hand! And this is where the additional 1/2 day entered the program.

This not only extends the benefits of the cleanse but also sets the stage for a well-planned celebratory dinner on Day 4.
